A Wedding Planner designs and styles your wedding celebrations, as well as organizing all the logistics, managing all of your suppliers, and running the timeline on the day itself.
Wedding Planning varies from ‘On The Day’ assistance (where your Planner simply oversees everything on the day of) to ‘Full Service Planning’, where they are with you from the beginning of the planning process right through the wedding. This is what K & K Celebrates offers to our clients, for celebrations across the UK and Chicago.
Wedding Planners are there to help build your dream wedding. We consult with you on your visions, then build on these foundations to design, curate, organize, and manage your wedding celebrations. We build out every detail of the celebrations, a job demanding both creativity and organization, from the smallest touches like stationery and linens, to the huge choices such as your venue - all resulting in celebrations which go beyond your wildest dreams.
As well as being there throughout the planning process, we are also there throughout the celebrations themselves. This ensures that the timeline runs smoothly and that the newlyweds and their guests can remain completely immersed in the celebrations, without any concern for logistics, suppliers and timelines.

We are super selective on the number of events we take on, accepting only 6-8 weddings per year, depending on whether these are multi-day or single day celebrations.
We never ‘divide and conquer’ to take on more weddings; if you choose K & K Celebrates as your Wedding Planners, Kim and Kristie are both here for you. We only take on a handful of discerning couples - those whose aesthetic marries with ours, and whose prerogatives are for creating an immersive, beautiful occasion full of joy, for both their guests and themselves.
